This explains what RC In Cafe (Pvt) Ltd and RC In Cafe UK Ltd collect when you shop, book a play-area session, or create an account, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order and booking history, and anything you write to us in a support case or review. If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep the email you gave us for that.
How we use it
To create and fulfil your orders and play-area bookings, run your account (sign-in, order lookup, wishlist), respond to support requests, and send order/booking confirmations and receipts.
Cookies we set
A small number of cookies keep you signed in and your session secure — nothing tracks you across other sites, and we don't run any advertising or analytics scripts.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor to take payment, our courier to deliver your order, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots off our sign-in and checkout forms. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Payment details
Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We only keep a record that an order was paid, and how.
How long we keep it
We keep order and booking records for as long as your account is active, so you can look up past orders, request a return, or reorder. If you delete your account, it's deactivated immediately and the underlying data is retained only as long as needed for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, then removed.
Your choices
- Update your name, email, phone and addresses any time from My Account.
- Change your password or delete your account entirely from My Account > Security.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask us what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it sooner, by contacting us below.
