How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–4 working days anywhere in Sri Lanka, often next day around Gampaha. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. The first time, we confirm your mobile number with a 6-digit code.
How can I pay online?
By Visa, Mastercard, Amex, eZ Cash or mCash through PayHere's secure payment page — we never see your card details.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes — choose Click & collect at checkout (free). We'll let you know when it's ready. Opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (Sri Lanka time).
What if I want to return something?
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Start a return from your order, send the item back, and once we've checked it we'll refund you or give store credit.
What if my RC car stops working?
Start a warranty claim from your order. Send the item to us so our team can inspect it — if it's covered, we'll repair, replace or credit you.
How do loyalty points work?
Signed-in customers earn points on every order — a Rs 5,000 order earns 500 points, worth Rs 500 off next time. You also get points for your birthday and for testimonials we publish.
Do you sell spare parts and batteries?
Yes — batteries, chargers, tyres and metal upgrades. Each product page shows the parts that fit it, and you can ask a question on any product.
Can I get a quote for a bulk order?
Yes. Add the items to your cart and choose “Get a quote”, or use Request a quote — we usually reply within one working day.
